* Dept: Digital Operation / eRetail - Enhance the whole client experience on every LV platform by understanding client purchase funnel and client's need. - Develop digital opportunities for better client experience. - Lead multiple projects and enhancement to meet clients' expectations in a timely manner. - Manage and support all LV systems which are related to eCommerce. - Lead risk management and develop short-term and long-term solution with technology enablers. - Evaluate and report local priorities via regular/irregular meetings with the central/regional/local teams for alignment. - Support efficiently the implementation of global projects and new features, track its progress, and ensure to achieve expected results by resolving unsuccessful scenarios. - Be responsible for efficient executions including all eRetail related (CS, Supply Chain, Logistics, payment, IT). - Identify opportunities to increase productivity, manage risks, and build action plans for achievements. - Lead the process improvement and operational excellence in every aspect of responsibility. - Be a contact point to align process with Client Services team and the other relevant teams to provide the best client experience in time. - Create and maintain inclusive documentations such as manuals to well operate systems for internal teams. - Train and assist Client Services team to provide the best client experience. - Propose back-end initiatives to enhance the client experience by analyzing data. - Manage and align business needs to payment gataway vendors.
- Deliver rich experiences for both internal and external clients by managing various platforms and systems.
Perfil
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in eCommerce related or luxury industry required - Bachelor’s degree - Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Korean (90% of communication done in English) - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for regular reporting - Collaboratively work with various teams and good communication skills to negotiate - Time management to keep the work moving forward - Great understanding of products and systems and good ability to write in documentation - Commercial mindset with proactive approach to acting on various ways to improve the work - Detail-oriented, well-organized, team player - Self-motivated, dare to learn and adopt changes, and be confident of working in a dynamic work environment
