Louis Vuitton has an opening for a Regional Director of Client Relations – Midwest & Mid Atlantic based out of our Chicago regional office.
You will lead the efforts of Client Relations for 20 stores with the overall objective of strengthening the ability of our store teams to drive growth of top clients through building one on one relationships, elevating client experiences and identifying client recruitment opportunities across the Midwest & Mid Atlantic market. As an experienced leader, the Director of Client Relations will direct our top client growth strategy and implement initiatives at the store level and regional level in conjunction with the store management and regional team members. You will work in partnership with the Regional Vice President, Corporate Client Relations business partners, and additional functional leaders to promote alignment and activation of initiatives with the Stores.

We are eager to speak to Client Relations professionals with luxury experience that can create and drive a strategy to deliver on our most elevated product categories and take an active role in the development of Store Management and leaders across all Client Relations competencies. You are proactive, analytical, savvy in assessing performance and adept at hosting in Louis Vuitton global event settings. Top candidates will have experience balancing strategic activities across a region/zone in collaboration with multi-level partners to ensure Client Relations objectives are integrated into broader regional strategies and event concepts. We seek a skilled, solution-oriented people leader with a passion for the highest level of client experience and people development, in addition to possessing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations.
