As a Private Client Relation Specialist, you act as an ambassador for the brand and for the Client Experience, as the voice of High-end client recruitment and development, proactively promoting the Louis Vuitton lifestyle.
As a real business developer, you engage high potential clients loyal to the brand, recruit new ones and build long-term relationships with them.
You are responsible for exceptional sales and you ensure that the client experience is delivered at an excellent level.
As a recognized role model, you inspire and support the team of the store to follow your example.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be hierarchically reporting to both the Country Private Client Relations Manager and the Store Manager.
Based in the store of Turin and for limited period of time in a dedicated seasonal store, your mission and your main responsibilities are the following:
- Reach your individual quantitative goals delivering exceptional sales of High End products
- Spot and recruit new potential top clients and introduce them to the Louis Vuitton community
- Nourish and enlarge your personal Client portfolio, proactively developing your network
- Proactively organize exclusive in-store events, collaborating with partners in line with Louis Vuitton lifestyle to recruit top clients and strengthen relationships with them
- Provide your clients with personalized experiences, build long lasting relationships with them, leveraging the different Clienteling tools
- Participate with your clients to the most important local and international events, significantly contributing to the sales of each event
- Work closely with the Client Development team and the Store Manger on the High End client development strategy proactively providing information and qualitative feedbacks
- Act as a role model and a support leader for your team by demonstrating sales leadership and best in class Clienteling actions
