Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Corporate PR strategies: Design and implement comprehensive corporate PR strategies aligned with Louis Vuitton's overall business objectives. Develop clear communication plans, including press releases, media pitches, and crisis management strategies, to enhance the corporate brand image and reputation.
- Media relations: Maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Act as a spokesperson for Louis Vuitton, handling media inquiries and organizing press conferences for Corporate, Art & Culture. Serve as a liaison between the company and media professionals to ensure accurate and positive coverage across various platforms.
- Content creation: Oversee the development of engaging and compelling content for press releases, speeches, executive communications, and internal announcements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate captivating narratives that showcase Louis Vuitton's brand philosophy, values, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Reputation management: Identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate any potential negative impact on the company's reputation. Conduct regular analyses of media coverage and sentiment, providing timely insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal departments, including Executive Leadership, HR, and Legal, to align PR activities with the company's overall strategy. Provide PR support for internal initiatives, such as Exhibitions and Corporate/Cultural Events.
- Industry monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and social, economic, and political developments that may impact Louis Vuitton's business. Continuously evaluate PR strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, adapting to changes in the external landscape.
