We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join the Merchandising team in the South Asia zone! He/she will be supporting in projects, commercial follow up and daily operations of the high end category.
Reporting
- Weekly reporting & updates (weekly overview, store ranking, pending high watch and high jewellery follow-up)
- Preparation for showroom
- Update reports for bi-weekly and monthly calls with country merchandisers and key stores for sales review and action plans
Operations
- Preparation for the watch campaign
- Coordination of watch orders & follow up with Supply Chain department
- Coordination of non-selling tools – packaging, trunks, certificates, props
- Attend to store & client enquiries and activate stock transfers with Supply Chain
- Assist in stock coordination for pop-ups, store openings, upgrade & ad-hoc activations
Projects
- New watch strategy caravan: Follow up on 6 sets of caravan rotation and update weekly sales / orders
- Coordinate stock transfers following our validated stock assortment & animation format
Communication
- Support in creation of weekly merchandising newsletter
- Sharing and updating of tools (assets, product news, delivery estimated arrival timings, information update on SharePoint etc)
