MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shoes Sales Forecast
- Review periodically the Sales Forecast for Shoes items, in collaboration with Central Sales Planning team. Sales Forecast is done at MMC level, for the coming 18 months on Carry Over and at Collection level on Seasonal.
- Review new product performance to revise sales forecast quickly after launch
- Best Estimate for all categories
- Lead and organize monthly Best Estimate process on this category with other departments.
- Seasonal Products Sell through optimization
- Follow-up on Buying quantity before launch if required and after launch in line with first sales signals
- Implement with Merchandising and retails necessary actions to improve the Sell through (VM, Commercial push, rebalancing between stores)
- Buying Session Support
- Support the Merchandising team during the Buying Sessions for Shoes and RTW
- In Paris, during 2 weeks, 2 times per year or 1 week, 4 times per year
- Monitor global landings to secure the supply and growth targets by categories
- Analyze the quantity bought at sku level, following strategy and benchmarks defined by Merchandising
- Support the Sizing and Set up, following strategy and benchmarks defined by Merchandising
- Reporting
- PIC presentation once a month
