Programme Rotations
The structured rotational programme across IS&T domains will equip the Trainee with multi-faceted operational experience and practical skills to prepare him/her to excel at the new position at Louis Vuitton after successful graduation.
The Graduate Trainee will have hands-on experience on functional domains as well as project management. He/she will partner closely with Client Development, Retail Operations, and retail teams to get to understand the unique ecosystem within Louis Vuitton.
He/she will be assigned to a diverse range of assignments to gain exposure and practice project management skills. By working across departments, the Graduate Trainee will grasp the essentials of each department and gain a boarder view as a competent IS&T professional at Louis Vuitton.
The rotation will be arranged among IS&T functional domains such as Supply Chain & Logistics, warehouse, Retail, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, eRetail and Client Development.
Individualized Development Plan
The Graduate Trainee will be offered with an individual development plan throughout the programme. He/she will have regular coaching sessions with various leaders and HR partners to ensure his/her development are supported and on track.
Additionally, the Graduate Trainee will be joining the Louis Vuitton early career professional community to enjoy the learning resources and exposures.
