Provide whole spectrum of HR programs and services to business leaders,
- Play as the ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and
resources to the business/functions and help manage the collective reputation
of the HR organization as a whole
-Be the first and main contact point and communicator for all HR matters
- Talent Acquisition and Manpower planning
- Identify talent demands for sustainable business growth and work with
leaders to acquire the right talents at right pace.
- Partner with management team on organization design and manpower
planning aligned with business strategies and needs
- Implement and lead performance management process with the support of C&B
team and drive competitive reward practices in place.
- Partner with leaders in ensuring talent development and upgrading capability to
deliver the business result with employee engagement.
- Help building talent leadership pipeline to support business growth
- Establish trusty relation with teams, be the host of the Labor and Management
Council.
- Ensure right people practices and decisions to abide by the labor standard
- Partner with leaders on employee engagement, retention and all Employee
Relations matters
