You will be part of the Clienteling Team of the Benelux & Nordics region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office. You will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small & dynamic and multitask team.
SOME TASKS AND PROJECTS YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN
- Supporting the Clienteling Team in charge of 7 countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland)
- Assisting in the organization of Clienteling actions: events and client experiences coordination
- Support the Clienteling & Communication Team of Benelux and Nordics
- Act as an LV ambassador for the store, accompanying the clients and representing the brand in public/store events
- Be the partner of the Managers to build events and animations according to each store priorities and local opportunities to develop local clients.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events in line with Louis Vuitton’s marketing strategy and standards.
- Support in the operational organisation of in store and external events in order to support business priorities and contribute to retain and reward existing clients, as well as recruit new clients.
- Collaborate with Store Teams to select clients and coordinate hospitality programs for international/regional events to create exceptional experiences.
- Analyse all events and client experiences results according to the relevant KPIs. Compile feedback reports and provide analysis.
- Support in managing allocated budget.
- Public Relations and Communication support: Weekly press reviews, update of editorial figures, press trips/events coordination, Social Media Campaigns, monitoring of Media agencies' activity.
