Louis Vuitton is seeking a very organized, high-level Client Care Manager to join our team. A Client Care Manager at Louis Vuitton is an ambassador of the Brand. This position is dedicated to providing the best after sales and repairs services and experience to our Clients, ensuring operational efficiency and a smooth process from the point of receipt to the return of the product to the client. The role will include handling all aspects of after sales services and managing a team of Artisans and Client Care Advisors with the goal of providing an outstanding after-sales experience for our clientele.
Perfil
As a Client Care Manager at Louis Vuitton, you will be responsible for managing a Client Care Advisor team dedicated to providing support, expertise and resolution to Clients on after sales services. You will also partner with the front of house team to identify Client relationship opportunities and support the daily operations and processes related to after sales services. This includes expertise in quality assessment, feasibility/quotation, craftsmanship, and custom requests. A Client Care Manager is responsible for the development and training of all team members on after sales services while also developing after sales expertise within the store team. To be successful in this role you must be commercially-minded with a passion for exceptional customer service. You will continuously strive to exceed our clients’ expectations and have an agile approach to your role given the fast paced nature of our business. As a Client Care Manager, you will be responsible for: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$105,000 - $115,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
