DARE EllesVMH: backing diversity
On March 8, the most recent DARE EllesVMH event was all about female entrepreneurship. Working alongside 60 people from 28 of the Group’s Maisons, four members of the Louis Vuitton team were invited to propose a disruptive initiative, project or product, to promote Gender Diversity, that could be implemented and have an impact either within their Maison (or another) or at an LVMH level. Three teams won prizes for their ideas: a performance review project, a digital mentoring app, and an initiative to overcome sexist preconceptions, whose team included a Louis Vuitton employee. Our goal? To globally have 50% of senior leadership roles occupied by women by 2020.
