As a Louis Vuitton Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. You will manage and coach your team into building sustainable Client relationships, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions in order to ensure the achievement of your store’s goals. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store’s operations and budget


You have strong relational skills and are comfortable in building relations with internal and external client’s and interact with people with different cultures and habits.

  • Passion for retail and luxury and at least 5 to 10 years work experience in a Store Management position
  • Communication: excellent & impactfull, you’re able to share your vision and translate it in pragmatic actions
  • Entrepreneur: you drive your business by thinking out of the box and taking initiatives
  • Agility: you can adapt to various situations even without having all the information
  • Leader: you have a positive can-do attitude and encourages,your team to look beyond the obvious, to propose solutions
  • Peoplegrower: your team is at the hart of your business and through effective coaching you make them grow
  • Commercial Mindset: you act with the Client in mind and are dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of our clients
  • Working proficiency in English and Swedish, any other European language will be considered as a plus
