Louis Vuitton has an exciting career opportunity for a well-rounded and business minded professional with a genuine interest in retail, and a strong customer service mindset. The Retail Support Coordinator will be based in the Miami regional office of Louis Vuitton Americas and will report directly to the Retail Performance Director.  In this role you will provide diverse support to the regional office and the 22 stores in the Southeast Region, contributing to the efficient and optimal day to day operations of the business. This will be accomplished through the timely management of the SAP function, maintaining the relationship between vendors, stores, and the LV finance corporate partners, managing the regional office’s administrative responsibilities, supporting with regional projects, initiatives, and events, and assisting the Retail Performance Director on operational objectives as needed.

From a Purchasing Coordination perspective this role must develop a full understanding of the SAP system and become an expert in the region. A customer service mindset, problem solving approach, and can do attitude is a must to also manage the day to day administrative and facilities needs of the regional office.  While the position will be based in the regional office in Miami, this role requires a great deal of agility as you will also have the opportunity to support in store operations initiatives, in store and regional events, plan large scale meetings, and assist with many other exciting projects that will take you out of the office, and require flexibility in your schedule to be available during evenings and weekends.


This role will suit an individual with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience gained in retail, operations, office management, finance, and or a business analysis role; preferably within a national or international organization. With a positive approach to your role and a solution oriented mindset, you will have excellent administration and organization skills along with the ability to build professional working relationships at all levels. Given the nature of the environment you will need to be trustworthy & discrete with outstanding interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will be working with several different systems both in the office and in stores, therefore excellent technical and analytical skills are a prerequisite for this role.
