Louis Vuitton has an exciting career opportunity for a Retail Performance Seasonal supporting the Retail Performance Director based in our Corporate New York City office in a temporary capacity for four to six months. This diverse role will support the team with our Uniform Program, Performance Management tools and miscellaneous projects related to operational efficiencies of our stores. With previous experience in the retail industry, you will assist with forecasting and reordering uniforms for our teams and work with the Retail Performance Specialist to compile and analyze Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) measuring client experience.

As an expert in analysis and Excel, you will assist in formatting data and organizing information between Regional teams and Retail Performance while working on initiatives and projects. You will also act as the internal liaison to Corporate teams (i.e. Information Technology, Supply Chain) with regards to the in-store experience, such as equipment needs and logistics.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience working in retail and sales & data analysis. You will have exceptional abilities in Microsoft Excel and be able to format and utilize common formulas (such as vlookup and pivot tables) easily. With outstanding interpersonal skills, you will be a strong communicator both written and verbally, and be able to work with all levels of management. Additionally, candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills and be flexible to the fast paced, ever changing environment.
