Position

Job Summary / Purpose

– The Global Asia IS Digital Squad manages both project and support activities for Global Asia on digital applications and services. Within the Digital Squad, the Omnichannel IS Specialist will focus on omnichannel processes that aim at creating a unified and seamless experience for our customers regardless of their touchpoint with the Brand.

– The position will be based in the Louis Vuitton regional office in Hong Kong, covering our Digital operations in Asia Pacific & Japan, with frequent business trips in the region

Omnichannel projects and support

– Main entry point for business departments in countries and for the corporate teams on omnichannel topics

– This consists in two main activities:
      Projects: Deployment of new solutions and enhancements of existing solutions in Global Asia
      Support: Interact with support organizations, ensure respect of SLA on incident resolution, periodic reviews, KPI reporting

– Lead regular business reviews with the stakeholders on existing projects, coming business initiatives (campaign, etc) as well as service on support (incidents)

– Maintain relationship with the local actors (3PL, Payments, etc) in the various countries: service monitoring & evaluation, evolution roadmap, etc

– Interact with zone and country head offices in Asia Pacific & Japan and the corporate head office in Paris

Integrated Payments

– Lead the omnichannel payment initiative on all distribution channels

Profile

Work Experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in IS related field linked to Digital / Ecommerce projects and support
  • Project management experience in an international context
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, consultancy and documentation of business processes 
  • Advanced experience in reporting / communication to top management

Good if you have:

  • Experience on web / mobile application development
  • Experience on Oracle ATG Web Commerce Platform
  • Experience of retail context
  • Experience of application support

Languages

  • Fluent English
  • Other languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, French) an advantage

Others

  • Experience in a multinational corporation
  • Experience in a French company an advantage
