Louis Vuitton has an exciting career opportunity for a business focused Human Resources Coordinator supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) and Development to join their team based in New York City in a temporary capacity for a maximum of twelve months. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Development Director this diverse role will support the business with the coordination of a variety of recruitment, development and training initiatives for the business. With a passion for training & development, you will be the first point of contact for all related queries whether that be for our management & leadership programs or our tuition assistance initiative, ensuring all questions and administration is carried out accurately and efficiently for the business.
From a TA perspective this role is accountable for supporting with all new initiatives for the zone, ensuring the teams are fully trained on all new tools and tracking the impact the new initiative has on the business. Additionally, you will have responsibility for ensuring all recruitment data is tracked and analyzed, identifying any significant trends for the business, ensuring senior management is provided with accurate data on all new hires plus exploring & identifying any new tools in the market places which could be of benefit to the business.
This role will suit an individual with a minimum of three years human resources experience gained within a multi-national organization. With a positive approach to your role and a solution orientated mindset, you will have excellent administration and organization skills along with the ability to build professional working relationships at all levels. Given the nature of the environment you will need to be trustworthy & discrete with outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Additionally, you will have accountability for managing and maintaining the budget for all development initiatives therefore excellent numerical and analytical skill along with a strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint is a prerequisite for this role.
