Based in Geneva and directly reporting to the Human Resources Director for Central Europe Region (Switzerland, Austria, Tcheque Republic, Hungaria, Romania), you will be responsible for the coordination of all Human Resources related topics for 8 stores in Switzerland and for the watch manufacture. You will act as the first point of contact for HR related queries and be responsible for ensuring a high quality customer focused HR service. You are a real business partner for the teams.


Role responsibilities


  • Act as key point of contact regarding all HR related issues within Switzerland
  • Lead the whole HR process in the stores and manufacture
  • Establish and develop quality relationships with the retail teams as well as external partners
  • Design, develop and ensure the implementation of an effective recruitment and selection process for all retail related roles and manufacturing positions as well as leading the whole recruitment process
  • Supporting and coaching of managers in critical situations as well as feedback talks and exit interviews
  • Effectively communicate with the retail and HR team to develop a critical path to ensure the fulfillment of vacancies in line with the brand strategy
  • Act as main point of contact for the annual evaluation of employees including salary increases, target setting and potential analysis
  • Development of retail and manufacturing staff within the brand or the group (training, mobility, missions…)
  • Implementation and supervision of KPI and reward system
  • Administrative tasks in close collaboration with the HR Operations Specialist
  • Pro-active and strategic FTE planning for Switzerland, in cooperation with the HR Director and General Management
  • In charge of all labor law related issues in close collaboration with our lawyers
  • Regular HR reporting

  • Completed university degree ideally with focus on HR
  • 5 – 10 years of salient work experience as HR Generalist – ideally in an international, fast-paced retail environment
  • Maturity, proactivity and stress resistance
  • Ability to build excellent rapports with colleagues and Managers
  • Strong hands-on mentality while ensuring an accurate, reliable and confidential working style
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Willingness to travel
