Based in our Geneva office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Clienteling and Events department on the following missions:

E-mailings & Brochures
· Managing the entire e-mailing process
· Supporting in the brochures creation (orders/client lists/returns)

· Coordinating, supporting and participating at in-store and external events
· Generating client lists and collecting feedbacks

. Preparing events reports
· Completing purchase orders (SAP) and validating invoices
· Collaborating with suppliers and partners

Lists & Database
· Taking responsibility for the client database accuracy
· Generating thank you cards / birthday cards and other store lists regarding clienteling
· Managing the best new client program

Communication & Admin
· Collecting and sharing Best Practices
· Creating and developing clienteling tools
· Weekly and monthly reporting, quantitative & qualitative client performance analysis
· Supporting the annual business review & plan 
· Administrative tasks (bookings/invoicing/travels/others)



· First experience of 6 months in Events Management and/or CRM
· Good operational and analytical skills (Excel and Powerpoint)
· Results oriented
· Proactive with good team spirit
· Flexible
· Fluent in French, English and German

Start date : 2nd of January 2018
Duration : 6 months to 1 year
