Louis Vuitton Oakbrook Center is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Client Experience Advisor. As a Client Experience Advisor, you will manage the stores call volume timely and efficiently. This vital role will focus on ensuring our customers have a world class experience each and every time they contact our store.
As part of this fast paced and multifaceted role you will optimize the client service performance, ensuring you deliver a luxury and customer centric experience by developing relationships with all clients in answering inquiries knowledgeably Given the high-profile nature of the role excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with innovative and creative problem solving skills. This role will not only provide immediate assistance to clients, but to support our business externally, while building stronger clientele.
