Position

We are looking for a Client Advisor (After Sales service) for our Zurich store on a temporary contract of 6 months and on a full time basis, start date ASAP :

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
  • Engage with your Client in an After Sales ceremony with an empathetic, calm and competent approach, always striving for the most optimal solution for each individual case
  • Advise Clients across the Brand’s outstanding product craftsmanship and After Sales Service
  • Execute efficiently and correctly all After Sales back-of-house and administrative tasks (e.g. reviewing/validating/finalizing repairs taken in by the team, handling shipments to/from the Repair Center, performing in-store repairs, etc.)
  • Increase the Client’s After Sales Service satisfaction through training of the Store team on procedures, knowledge and communication
  • Anticipate client questions or potential complaint situations by proactively reaching out to the clients on repair lead, cost or any other issue
  • Perform repair inventories, status follow up and stock organization while maintaining a level of “audit readiness” at all times on a monthly basis
  • Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
  • Know, apply and train the Store team on the company’s policies and procedures
