Position

The Asset Protection Supervisor is responsible for protecting the store and company assets. The Asset Protection leaders is also responsible for supporting their assigned store with enforcing Asset Protection strategies, combating shrink, fraud prevention and responding to emergencies related to physical security and safety. The Asset Protection Leader enforces policy, procedures and standards set by the store, department and company.

Profile

As an Asset Protection Supervisor you will inform store management, direct supervisor and Zone Asset Protection Director of potential liability issues and concerns. You will install and implement standards and procedures to control/prevent internal loss, external loss, fraud and safety prevention and maintain a perpetual awareness of  loss and strategies to control stores inventory. 

In addition, you will filter new information and procedures to lower stores shrink, constantly relay and enforce all corporate initiatives to store personnel and maintain constant monitoring and enforcing of Internal controls. Daily, you will develop relationships to maintain constant flow of constructive information to help drive the business.

Finally, as the Asset Protection Supervisor, you will liaise with SOS on business needs, employee feedback, etc. and motivate store personal to embrace Prevention strategies and techniques to further protect company and prevent store loss.
