Louis Vuitton is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to work from the Toronto office and Mississauga warehouse. This position plays a crucial role in all aspects of the Logistics and Operations support for the nine stores in Canada. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager manages the local warehouse operations and coordinates all aspects of the reverse logistics – including employee sales, destruction and exportation of products to other Louis Vuitton Distribution Centers.

The Warehouse Logistics Manager is vital in supporting the nine Retail stores in Canada on Product Quality and After Sales/Repairs Service Operations. This role also manages various projects and a high level of communication and coordination with several departments including Supply Chain, Logistics and Inventory Control based in New York, NY. This role reports to the Country General Manager, Canada based in Toronto.

Profile

We are eager to speak to individuals that possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of management experience in operation distribution or related business field. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail as well ability to work in a culturally diverse and multi-site environment. Additionally, a high level of knowledge of customs and Hazmat regulations to assist with clearance and shipment processes as needed. Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate with external and internal customers at all levels is a must. Strong computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and comfort with using systems such as SAP, Power Query and Power BI are a plus.
