Team Manager - Fashion Show, Las Vegas
Louis Vuitton is seeking an inspiring, results driven Team Manager to join our teams in the Fashion Show Mall.
Responsible for inspiring and developing your team, our Team Manager will influence and lead the team to successfully drive product categories to both our existing and prospective clients. In partnership with the Store Director and Retail Learning, you will continuously elevate your team with a large focus on Client Relations and Client Development. As a skilled communicator, you will strive to deliver all employee and client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton Promise.
As a leader within our business you will take ownership to lead and coach your team, ensuring that they have exceptional brand and product awareness while also ensuring that they deliver the highest level of client experience. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans.
Additionally you will be responsible for providing the Store Manager with data and industry expertise in relation to customer needs and therefore be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize product performance by leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling training and team animations.
