Job Duties & Responsibilities

As a Team Manager of our Client Services Center, you will be an ambassador of the Brand.Working in this dynamic and vibrant call center environment, you will have a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a world class experience each and every time they contact the business.

  • Assist Client Services Manager to ensure the daily operations of the Call Center is smooth and align with the company's business strategy
  • Lead the team in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience, optimize Client Service Center Team's performance by providing support to team members and conducting training
  • Ensure all sales & KPI targets are achieved by setting strategies with the Client Services Manager 
  • Develop relationships with clients by handling guests' expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions
  • To act as a coordinator between the Head Quarter and Stores


Key Requirements & Competencies

  • At least 5 years extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail
  • Passionate for the Brand
  • Able to thrive in a call centre environment with strong retail knowledge and ability to drive KPIs
  • Demonstrate Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility and Commercial Mindset
  • Excellent leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and results oriented with strong selling and retail operational skills
  • Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives
  • Able to commit to work with flexible hours in shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good computer literacy
