Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Development Team Lead who has a passion for client engagement, to encourage and develop a client centric culture at our Lenox location!


The ideal candidate will have a proven record in building personal client relationships, and will work alongside the leadership team to mentor and expand the client development skills of the retail team. This role involves gaining a deep understanding of the store’s clients, finding opportunities, and implementing action plans to deliver top client growth, high end sales and higher quality clients.


To be successful in this role this leader must co-create the clientelling strategy in partnership with the leadership team. While establishing relationships with the team in order to tailor their approach to the store’s overall objectives. We are seeking a leader who will exemplify the Louis Vuitton promise by delivering excellence with all clients and driving further loyalty to the brand.

The Client Development Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our Learning Managers on store lead trainings and leadership development.
  • Leading in store briefings and trainings in partnership with Regional Client Development team.
  • Supporting the store leadership team on the overall clientelling strategy to drive quality sales through strategic client engagement.
  • Holding the team accountable in regards to client engagement behaviors and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Client Development Manager on monthly coaching focuses, communication and strategy.
  • Supporting the daily store activities including on the floor coaching and sales floor management.
