Louis Vuitton is seeking an innovative and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a part of our amazing “atelier” in Alvarado, TX to support all management level recruitment. Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, this role will be responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and assessment of high caliber individuals by using effective and innovative recruitment methodologies & tools while creating lasting partnerships with our Leadership team; always providing a professional and world class candidate experience.

We specifically seek someone who is resourceful, has strong communication skills, a passion for people and can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.


This highly visible role will require an individual who can think outside the box when it comes to recognizing exceptional talent, learns quickly to gain a detailed knowledge of our business and takes pride in carefully matching the candidate  which can best leverage & support their full potential.

The ideal candidate must possess an innate ability to connect with people. They will have a proven track record working in fast-paced and diverse environments with experience attracting and recruiting top caliber talent within an agile manufacturing environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must have extensive experience in field recruiting & networking, hosting hiring events, sourcing via social media & Linkedin, conducting both in person and telephone interviews and excellent written & verbal communication skills. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to track and leverage data to maximize efforts and inform on recruiting and hiring decisions.

Additional information

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Entry level recruiting experience (1-3 years)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing industry recruitment
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking software programs
  • Familiarity with online job websites
