Your day to day role:
As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will be responsible for answering all incoming contacts from clients via multiple platforms (phone, email & written social media). Also, ensuring that you develop a loyal client based and maximize each sales opportunity while working toward goals set forth by the brand.
We are looking for candidates mastering at least one of these languages: Swedish/ Danish/ Norwegian & with a good command of English (oral and written).
The ideal candidate will possess a previous experience in the Luxury Retail/Hospitality industry and has a strong passion for the luxury universe. This position also requires great familiarity with IT tools and strong interpersonal skills.
Upon joining, you will be provided two weeks of paid training and given the adequate tools to provide expert advice and guidance to all client inquiries. Working Hours: 38 hours/week on a rotational shift pattern. Please be advised that this will include evening shifts, as well as availability to work both weekends and public holidays.
