Position

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the distribution of the Shoes & RTW inventory among North Asian Markets including stores and within the Supply Chain & Logistics Department
  • Acts as a business partner to the stores through a smooth collaboration with Logistics, Merchandizers and Market teams, in order to ensure timely and appropriate flows for each store
  • Actively contributes to the achievement of the stores turn-over targets through an assessment and a planning of store requests, in order to optimize the products availability
  • Releases and distributes new collections, manages store offer, sets up and controls auto-replenishment parameters, follows-up and monitors deliveries
  • Controls and manages stock levels to find the right balance while integrating Visual Merchandising's prerogatives
  • Collaborates daily withother distribution planners in order to take decisions on the necessary actions to manage the warehouse's workload capacity and arbitrate priorities
  • Ensures successful store openings/pop up/events in his/her market thanks to a rigorous preparation
  • Constantly involves in the improvement of service given to clients by ensuring commitment and support of all the teams involved

Profile

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • BS/BA degree in business or technical discipline required
  • At least 5 years of progressive supply chain management, in fashion industry preferably
  • Experience in Marketing and Finance or Retail is a plus
  • Product oriented and fashion sensitive
  • Strong sense of Customer Service. Takes responsible risks to find lasting solutions to difficult problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products (especially Access & Excel)
  • SAP, I2 tool experience is a plus
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures
