Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative 2nd shift Supply Chain and Logistics Supervisor to support their Client Care Services Center based in Piscataway, New Jersey. This role will be reporting into the Retail Support and Logistics Manager ensuring a client-oriented mindset is maintained to achieve exceptional quality goals and logistic operations.

This position is responsible for leading the Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Assessment, and Quality Control activities and foster achievement of the department KPI’s as well as manage, coach, and develop the team to ensure successful execution of daily operations. This role will ensure the highest level of client experience and support is delivered to clients and Retail while further developing the loyalty of the client through optimization of our care services. This role will also support the Digital and Retail network by assessment and quality control of finished goods demonstrating the brand values.


We are seeking to speak to individuals with prior management experience of direct reports with strong communication and problem-solving skills with a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a luxury retail environment. With a proven track record in maintaining a culture that prioritizes client satisfaction, positive communication, action, and accountability, you will continuously innovate and drive the Customer Experience and strategy for the Client Care Services Center.

This role integrates both strategic and tactical responsibilities that would best suit a professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid working relationships with a wide range of business partners.
