Louis Vuitton is recruiting for a temporary Store Planning Coordinator based out of our New York City Office that will support the Project Managers on the Store Planning team with design and construction of our stores in Louis Vuitton Americas. This role is a full-time position that will be one year in duration.  As an integral member of the team, you will help manage minor projects under supervision of a Project Manager, assist with processing orders, coordinate delivery and installations with both store and regional teams, and maintain project budgets while logging and processing invoices.

With extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite, you will develop minor works scope sheets and update plans for completed projects.  In addition, you will work with Project Managers closely on their current projects and assist in suggestion of vendors, help to obtain photographs of completed projects, and work on gathering content and design presentations for executive team meetings.  You will also create RFP’s, Purchase Agreements, and Vendor forms for the team.


We are eager to speak to individuals with at least one year of experience working or interning in an Architectural firm or a retail planning department.  In addition, you will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in either Architecture or Interior Design.  You must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator), InDesign and Sketch Up with some experience working on high end or luxury projects.  You will be highly driven, organized, proactive, and detail oriented with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and communicate effectively.
