As a professional and being responsible for the operations of the Lisbon flagships Store, you will be in charge for Stock, Repair & After Sale, you will secure back-of-house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand.

You will guarantee the operations’ rationalization and work across all of Louis Vuitton's product categories so that the Store team can maximize the time spent with the Clients, and therefore fulfill the Louis Vuitton Promise.

The role will include managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, lost prevention, administration and Repairs.



Inventory Management

  • Keep all stocks perfectly inventoried, guaranteeing an efficient and logical organization of all the storage rooms (products and packaging)
  • Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing the stocks quickly and precisely
  • Guarantee the availability of the appropriate products in the Store to improve its efficiency and maximize the Client experience
  • Improve the availability of products, interacting with the Supply Chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to give response to the Clients’ necessities
  • Improve stock KPI´S through different actions working with the store team and ho



  • Manage contracts with suppliers
  • Supervise the Store’s maintenance
  • Manage office supplies, uniform requests, kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Follow the Internal Audit guidelines



  • Assess if products are defective or repairable and answer technical questions relative to defects and repairs
  • Provide clients with repair options and all necessary information (e.g. cost and turnaround time)
  • Perform in store repairs for leather goods and accessories
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local repair and alterations centers
  • Follow up with client repairs on a weekly basis
  • Ship defective products to appropriate warehouse
  • Answer technical questions relative to repairs, defective but also products
  • Order spare parts for repairs and client orders


Customer Relations

  • Manage client inquiries ranging from providing information and recommendations about merchandise and services in order to meet client needs
  • Serve as point person for client issues, handling difficult situations in the best interest of both the client and company
  • Handle clients via phone providing excellent customer service using tact and diplomacy


General functions

  • Comply with the processes and procedures of the company
  • Be fully integrated in the Store team (participate to the morning brief) and contribute to fulfill the global objectives of the store
  • Help the Client Advisors to optimize their adaptability to the public inflow and adjust it to the Clients’ necessities
  • Develop an exceptional knowledge of both the brand and the product
  • Respect Louis Vuitton’s standards in terms of image and attitude

Additional information


  • At least 2 years of experience in stock management in a retail company in a fast paced environment
  • Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high volume, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English
  • Organized, careful and responsible
  • Committed, proactive and able to adapt to a changing environment as retail
  • Ability to work in a team and having a global vision of the business
  • Excellent administration skills, in addition to advanced excel & computer skills.
