Stage - Assistant(e) Retail Support (F/H)
Position
- Contribution aux principaux projets omnicanaux de soutien à la vente au détail (communication, formation, tests, gestion du changement)
- Suivi de la mise en œuvre des initiatives et des outils du service d'expérience client (évaluation mystère, voix des équipes)
- Mettre à jour la base de données sur les entreprises et fournir des analyses régulières sur le commerce de détail
- Analyses des performances des magasins et des employés
- Soutien et optimisation des systèmes actuels de surveillance des entreprises
- Analyses et tableaux de bord ad hoc

ROLE OVERVIEW & MISSION:
The role of the Retail Support Team is to convey LV corporate’s initiative to zones in a simple & clear way, and to communicate best practices of zone in corporate level.
The intern will report to Retail Support Manager and work on the following:
- Contribution to the main omnichannel projects for retail support (communication, training, tests, change management)
- Follow up implementation of client experience service initiatives and tools (Mystery shopping, Voice of teams)
- Update business data base & provide regular retail analysis
- Analyses of store and employee performance
- Support and optimization of the current business monitoring systems
- Ad hoc analyses and dashboards
Profile
Etudiant en dernière année de Master (bac +5 ou année de césure) en école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire.
Vous êtes doté d'une bonne capacité à communiquer efficacement des idées complexes, tant oralement que par écrit

The ideal candidate is currently doing a master’s degree in business or other studies related to business.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both orally and in writing
- Collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English and French
- Be service oriented – able to see requirements from the customers’ point of view
- Open-minded and curious
- Aptitude for analytics
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior in-store retail experience is an advantage
