Sr. Internal Control Manager
Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for a Sr. Internal Control Manager who will be responsible for maintaining Louis Vuitton Americas regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, accuracy of information and asset security through the creation of standards to harmonize methods and practices and implementation of specific documentation for each procedure and control.
The Sr. Internal Control Manager reports to the VP of Risk Management. This pivotal role will challenge current policies and procedures to ensure the team is operating as efficiently as possible while partnering with multiple departments within the organization to explain and implement these policies.
As the Sr. Internal Control Manager, you will oversee the close process and work with the team in Paris as well as our parent company, LVMH Inc., to report the company’s procedures in a timely manner. You will also manage the internal audit process in all areas including our stores. As a strong business partner, you will liaise with Regional Retail Performance Directors and Store Managers to quickly identify new issues and discuss and propose consistent controls for all regions. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating external audit functions.
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a bachelor’s degree in a Finance or Accounting field with a CPA or MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Internal or External Audit or Consulting. This individual will be a well-rounded with the ability to strategically lead a business. As a strong team player and leader, you will be required to be hands-on when necessary and understand the importance of the detail behind the business for which you are responsible for. Given the fast paced nature of the business, you will be adaptable, agile, and thrive working in a high profile and dynamic business. In addition, you must have previous experience in Sarbanes-Oxely and “Loi de Securite Financiere” and experience in compliance process implementation.
