Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - West Coast & Hawaii
A unique and pivotal role is currently available at Louis Vuitton for a highly experienced and solutions orientated Talent Acquisition. This role will have accountability for attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent for the West Coast, Hawaii and Regional Office. The role is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Sr. HR Director. The recruitment team must provide a professional, end to end recruitment service for the business ensuring Louis Vuitton recruits talented and high performing professionals in the most candidate centric, innovative and timely way.
The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with leaders at all levels to select and hire top talent, from assessing a role and building a job description to sourcing, selection, offer, onboarding and orientation. The role includes external recruitment as well as placement of internal candidates from within Louis Vuitton. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders on all staffing and hiring matters. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition community for Louis Vuitton Americas, participating in talent acquisition task force initiatives and supporting retail and on-campus recruitment periodically as well.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse corporate environment. This is a Manager level position that requires both strategic consultative support to the business, as well as operational and administrative tasks, and allows for insight and relationship building across all levels with all of our corporate population. The successful candidate will possess, excellent problem solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines.
