Senior Manager - Client Services Center
Are you an experienced people leader who thrives working in a dynamic, fast paced environment? Louis Vuitton are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to work in their state of the art Client Services Center in Irving, Texas.
Louis Vuitton have a unique opportunity for talented, experienced and innovative Senior Manager to join their Client Services Team. Reporting to the Client Services Director and responsible for a team of five Team Managers, this role will be accountable for optimizing the Client Services performance and results while also ensuring all client interactions are handled in line with the Louis Vuitton luxury experience. Through coaching, mentoring and developing the Team Managers this role will be accountable for ensuring the Client Services Center achieves daily KPIs & targets and by optimizing team resources you will ensure all call inquiries (telephone, email, chat) are efficiently and effectively handled for our clients based in North America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and the Caribbean. Working in collaboration with our store network, you will foster client relations and ensure that any escalated client queries are effectively and professionally handled.
To be a successful in this role should have extensive people management skills and a flare for world class customer services with a continuous drive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Given the fast-paced nature of our business you must have an agile approach to your role, with the ability to prioritize a heavy and evolving workload while continuously thriving in a dynamic and evolving work environment. With extensive communication skills, you will have an open & adaptable approach to leadership and ideally have previously worked in either a retail or client services environment with a minimum of 4 years’ experience within a summarily role. A BA/BS degree is required and the ability to speak Spanish is advantageous.
