Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis
Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst based in our New York office who will help drive the business of Louis Vuitton Americas by giving senior management visibility on both the top and bottom lines through weekly sales analysis, analysis of monthly financials, and ad hoc analysis. This will be accomplished by collaborating with Corporate departments and Retail teams to build forecasts, such as budget, budget revision, and monthly sales estimates, based on strategy and projected financial implications.
As an expert in FP&A, you will perform financial reviews of balance sheets & cash flow, analyze margins, inventory depreciation, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously for different departments within the organization. You will also be an integral part in the annual budget process working collaboratively with the FP&A team to construction the budget and revisions. In addition, the Senior FP&A Analyst will provide each month’s variance to budget analyses to key stakeholders to ensure timely, actionable strategic decisions.
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance with a minimum of three to five years’ experience in a similar capacity who have advanced Excel skills and experience working with budgets. In addition, the ideal candidate has the ability to work independently, possesses exceptional time management and problem solving skills, is detail oriented and has excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of SAP, accounting knowledge, and previous retail industry experience and/or multinational company experience are a plus.
