Louis Vuitton Benelux & Nordics has an opportunity for a Retail Performance Co-Ordinator to join the Head Office, overseeing a 7-country network with large geographical spread. The key objective of the role is to enhance Client Experience thanks to a daily support to our 11 stores on various Retail topics.

Key duties and responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive)

  • To support the smooth and efficient operations for our retail teams
  • Improve in-store services
  • Enhance Client Experience


  • Be a key point of contact for omnichannel POS system (training, upgrades coordination, challenges solver)
  • Analyze the Client Experience Benchmark and build action plans with stores and learning teams
  • Partner with the store management & HO teams to analyze the business performance
  • Lead the Care Service community
  • Help store management teams to optimize staffing resources (planning tools, match to traffic)
  • Support our stores for in-store services
  • Centralize and share communication to our stores via the weekly internal newsletter
  • Coordinate various other topics linked to in-store operations and services


  • Substantial retail in-store Management experience
  • Analytical and open minded
  • Previous experience in Retail Performance is an advantage
  • Client and Service oriented
  • Eligibility to work in Belgium
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of a local language is an advantage
