Retail Performance Analyst
Louis Vuitton is searching for a Retail Performance Analyst. The Retail Performance Analyst is responsible for maintaining Retail analytics tools and analyzing store performance measuring client experience and quality of sales (inclusive of cross selling, conversion, traffic, etc.) The Analyst will partner cross functionally to support retail efficiency projects. Serve as central Performance team partner for uniform program, Call Service Center and After Care.
In addition, support Director forecasting and analyzing consumption trends for uniforms and On-Stage guides. Partner with Performance Analyst for monthly reporting of Retail tools and run reports for Global KPI and O2O, updating of tracking documents. Ensure tools and materials are available and communicated timely and efficiently.
We are eager to speak to professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and data analysis, preferably in retail. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivots, V-Lookups, Power Query), and Power BI. In addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills while detail-oriented, highly organized, service oriented, and deadline oriented.
