Retail Learning Manager, San Diego Metro
Louis Vuitton has an exceptional opportunity to join our world class team as Retail Learning Manager for the San Diego Metro and surrounding market. This is a wonderful opportunity for a team-centric and results driven Training Manager with a thorough understanding of training and onboarding facilitation, experience in the luxury market and a key focus on team development.
As a Retail Learning Manager your mission is to support and develop the retail store teams in delivering the client experience to the benefit of store business. Through store execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach client advisors to become ambassadors of the Louis Vuitton culture, values and products.
The Retail Learning Manager will ensure the full execution of the Louis Vuitton Retail Learning strategy for stores within the Los Angeles metro market. This busy and diverse role will work collaboratively with our Sr. Retail Learning Manager, store teams and cross-functional partners, monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of all training provided. They will plan, implement and manage a structured training and development program for the respective stores, which meets the needs of the business and team development. Through follow up and coaching, the Retail Learning Manager will ensure the store team’s sales and leadership skills are developed to attain service excellence through an elevated customer experience and enhanced brand sophistication. Additionally, the Retail Learning Manager will participate in special projects and Regional initiatives where needed.
To be successful in this role you must possess extensive coaching, development and facilitation expertise within the retail landscape, ideally within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business. With the ability to thrive in an autonomous and proactive environment, you will have a results driven approach to all areas of your role and take the initiative to identify and act on opportunities to improve and drive the training strategy for the business.
It is essential that you have a strong background in coaching employees at all levels and be skilled in providing effective and constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed. Experience within a high profile luxury retail brand is strongly preferred.
