Louis Vuitton is seeking a Resolutions Team Lead for their Client Service Center in Irving, Texas who will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Client Service Center promise. The Resolution Team Lead will be responsible for optimizing the Client Service performance in partnership with their Team Manager within their team, to achieve the Qualitative and Quantitative Service Level goals which supports our business in North America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and the Caribbean.

The Resolution Team Lead is responsible for further developing loyalty of the client and promoting the image, the brand and the products of Louis Vuitton. The Resolution Team Lead will be a role model to the team, representing the Brand values and demonstrating the Louis Vuitton attitudes and behaviors toward Clients and team members. 


This role will suit individuals who can thrive in a dynamic and flourishing work environment as well as work autonomously, be detail-oriented and able to handle high volume and multi-task workload. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills and has heightened listening and problem-solving skills. They would be able to demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude; team player and able to build good professional working relationships with peers and management in a multilingual and multicultural environment. Given the nature and geographical scope of the Service Center’s clientele, we require that all employees are fully committed to working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in order to meet the demands of the industry.
