Resolution Advisor - Client Service Call Center

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Resolution Advisor for their Client Service Center in Irving, Texas who will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the LV CSC promise. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the brand.
As a Resolution Advisor, you will assess escalated client issues and provide a one-call resolution while proactively providing feedback for training or performance opportunities.
This role will suit individuals who can thrive in a dynamic and flourishing work environment as well as work autonomously. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills and has heightened listening and problem-solving skills. Given the nature and geographical scope of the Service Center’s clientele, we require that all employees are fully committed to working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in order to meet the demands of the industry.
