The role of the Retail Performance Manager focuses on collaboratively working with the store management, regional, and corporate teams on improving business performance through a 360 learning strategy. The Retail Performance Manager supports stores in their day to day delivery of exceptional service to our clients, supporting tailored learning strategies, and identifying inefficiencies.

 

Profile

Drive Performance

  • In collaboration with the Regional Vice President help build the stores performance goals and continuously review & drive performance across sales, retail KPIs, non-selling activities
  • Work in partnership with the Regional Vice President to drive productivity & optimization with the ultimate goal of delivering service excellence through an elevated Client experience
  • Leverage the Retail Learning community and through effective store interactions help identify actions and learning strategies to support our agile business needs ensuring each store is equipped with a 360 vision of the business
  • Design tailored /by store strategies, in collaboration with all departments, to reach brand priorities, optimize performance and elevate the Client Experience
    • Support the Learning team through the creation of an individualized store approach in order to drive business performance and ensure action plans are implemented, adapted and followed
    • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager in animating BOH efficiency with the Monitor and drive optimal scheduling (Match to Traffic, review of all store schedules)
  • Support the Client Care Experience strategy for the region inclusive of lead times, 4 points of contact and structure in partnership with store teams, and corporate departments
  • Lead activities (i.e. Equipped for Excellence, Dare To Propose ) in store to deliver client service results with full support of regional teams and corporate departments
  • Proactively drive the region’s filtration efforts ensuring streamlined effective communications and processes throughout

Support Learning Strategy

  • Collaborate with the local Retail Learning team to take 360 approach in their roles in order to elevate the client experience, client development and high end results
  • Support the Retail Learning team members to strengthen their impact in store and enhance business acumen
  • Provide on-going coaching to store management teams supporting their ability to drive an efficient profitable business and develop their team members attitudes skills and behaviors to deliver brand priorities
  • Support learning and store managers with creating a culture of learning and development to support the client experience
