Regional Retail Operations Director
The role of the Regional Retail Operations Director focuses on collaboratively working with the store management teams, the regional and the corporate teams on improving operational excellence across the region. The Director of Retail Operations is the “go to” person on all store standard operating procedures & ensures the balance between procedural compliance of the network and resource optimization, therefore ensuring the retail teams ultimate focus is on enhancing the Client Experience.
The successful candidate will have previously held a senior level management position and has experience leading multi unit - operations functions in a fast paced, retail environment. It is essential that you have an expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high volume, dynamic environment, with extensive people management and development skills. You will be required to act as management advisement/support to the Regional Vice President and Store teams and therefore be experienced in providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Excellent organization and administration skills are required, in addition to advanced excel & computer skills. Previous experience with operations systems is strongly preferred.
