Position

As a Louis Vuitton Regional Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for executing the Northwest's product priorities and merchandising strategy for each category, tailoring to each store in their region.

Primary functions include:

  • leading product initiatives and launches
  • setting targets, analyzing sales at a region and store level, proposing results - oriented actions to achieve objectives
  • liaising with corporate merchandisers and stores
  • sharing regular product feedback and market opportunities while streamlining information to ensure impact

Profile

The Regional Merchandising Manager (RMM) will identify action plans with the Regional Vice President and Store Managers to maximize product opportunities, focus on Sell-thru and minimize risks. In addition, you will ensure business is growing by category and monitor progress to business goals, highlighting major misses, and building TY vs LY through thoughtful calendar management. You will improve business acumen within the Region, train teams on impactful drivers of business performance, and identify needs such as VM Training and Clienteling. Organizing said levers for the store and managing Out of Offer Product requests will also be daily focuses of the RMM.

In addition, the RMM will aggregate and elevate Supply Chain opportunities regarding stock levels, pull backs, event support, and high traffic/peak selling periods. The RMM will action on key Corporate call-outs for region, be the local high end/luxury expert, and provide market expertise and competitive feedback to the Louis Vuitton Americas Merchandising team.
