Position

Retail recruitment for province stores                      

- End to end recruitment service for province stores (except Seoul, Incheon, Kyunggi)    
- Source candidates both directly and indirectly from job ads, recruiting vendors, etc.     
- Communicate with canddiates throughout the whole recruiting process        
- Screen candidates from video interview and arrange interview with store        
- Communicate candidates on compensation and benefit package, Prepare salary proposal and make an offer ​

Office Non-manager hiring                               
- End-to-end recruitment service for CCS (Louis Vuitton Atelier)            
- Outsourcing management : Hiring, communication with outsourcing vendors, handle payments, etc.

Profile

- Experience: 3-4 years of talent acquisition experience    

- Education: 4 year university graduate    
- Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Korean and English.    
- Personality: 
Exceptional attention to detail and well organized    
Proactive communication skill, agile to change, self-driven    
Highly motivated working in luxury retail industry    
Team player
