Project Manager, Client Care Services
Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Project Manager, to support their Client Care Services Center expansion. This role will be reporting to the Director of Care Services and Quality ensuring exceptional partnerships with all necessary parties to ensure optimized and efficient resources are sourced as we design and implement new floor plans for our zone wide workshops located in CA, NJ, and TX.
This individual will display a true passion for project management while building partnerships and business acumen while maintaining a commitment to improve space optimization. This position is responsible for sourcing external partners to ensure our vision has been executed. This role will ensure the highest level of communication and support is delivered to all key parties, inclusive of local and Central partners. This role will also purchase all required equipment and tools needed to operate efficiently which will require frequent domestic travel to all workshops.
We are seeking to speak to individuals with previous experience managing industrial or real estate projects within a manufacturing environment with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining a culture that prioritizes satisfaction, positive communication, action, and accountability, you will continuously innovate and drive layout and space optimization for the Client Care Services Centers.
This role integrates both strategic and tactical responsibilities that would best suit a professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid working relationships with a wide range of business partners. With significant knowledge in the principles and practices of elevated project management, the successful candidate will be forward-thinking, and results driven.
