Production Supervisor Training & Development
Louis Vuitton is recruiting candidates to join Production Department for our Client Care Services Center based in New Jersey.
The Production Supervisor – Training and Development is responsible for the creation and execution of all learning and development programs that will strengthen the technical skills and knowledge of artisans within our production department. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with Saturdays as required.
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as both, supervisor, and trainer. We are also looking for individuals who are well organized, self-motivated, with good communication skills. The ideal candidate should have strong command of the English and Spanish language and must have the willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and training programs.
