Process Manager - Supply Chain
Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting for a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Process Manager – Supply Chain, to support their Care Services Centers across the zone. Reporting into the Client Care Services Director, this position will ensure that the process alignment for all repair center Supply Chain teams to provide an exceptional service to our clients.
Candidates with an MS, or equivalent experience, are highly desirable with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing Supply Chain environment, Six Sigma Green belt, and Prior Power Bi queries experience.
In partnership with each facility’s Supply Chain Manager and their teams, ensure consistency of the processes. Receiving, Intake, Warehousing, Spare Parts Inventory levels, Quality Control and Shipping.
The Process Manager – Supply Chain will create and maintain training documents, define, and animate action plans for continuous improvement and convergence, create dashboards to ensure visibility and follow up of relevant metrics, drive sustainability efforts, and drive cultural transformation.
In partnership with Production, define how the repairs flow through the workshop.
In partnership with the Store Support and Direct to Client teams, implement touchpoints and tracking for the incoming and outgoing flows.
In partnership with the Distribution Centers, ensure consistent review of defective products, manage the relationships with our international and local freight forwarders, monitor and forecast client's demand, proactively analyze, identify opportunities & provide insights to support business improvements & improved customer experience including partnering on implementing solutions. Propose services evolutions; ensure adequation load/capacity/skills for each facility, Support master data integrity, propose changes for news systems implementations and participate in system migration and user acceptance Testing (UAT’s) for new systems implementation in the department.
