OVERALL MISSION

As a Private Client Relations Assistant, your mission is to contribute to support private client relations team that lead to support all stores/clients, especially Top clients at all stores by supporting hospitality programs organized by Private Client Relations team. Hospitality Program: International Event (Fashion Show, High watchmaking event, High Jewelry Event, Spin-off Show), Top Client Events, Private Styling Program, Client Giftings.

Profile

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support Private client relations managers both in preparing/implementation of all hospitality programs and maximize client’s satisfaction.

- Handle the team administration appropriately.

- In charge of the preparation of all the logistics related to international events & to client events. - Handle the distribution of client gifts to all stores.

- Handle client database & collecting information and update the file at daily basis. Support Hospitality Program

- Communication between stores, other department (logistics, merchandising etc…)

- Reporting : preparation before the event & collecting data after events. Handle Team Administration

- Logistics for the team activities such as the procurement and the freight of invitations client’s gifts, sample product inventory, survey creation etc.

Preferred Skills & Experience 

- Over 3 years of retail experiences

- Intermediate level of English capability (ex. TOEIC over 750 pts)

- Good PC skill (Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Power Point)
