Private Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza
Our Louis Vuitton Maison at South Coast Plaza seeks a Private Client Advisor to join our team. Responsible for promoting and selling all High End product categories to both our existing and prospective clients, you will work with the Store, Client Relations and Client Development Teams to continue to build long-lasting relationships. As a role model for the client experience, you will strive to deliver all Client Interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton Promise.
As a Private Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton, you will drive personal sales targets and achieve High End penetration goals across all product categories, while ensuring an elevated and memorable client experience. Through a strong partnership with Store Leadership, Client Relations and Client Development, you will focus on High End Retention and development strategies while identifying and recruiting new high potential prospects.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Store teams in creating occasions for your top clients and host events to further drive potential sales and increase brand loyalty. Exercising independent judgement and discretion, identifying client preferences and follow-up on inquiries and concern are strong components of this role.
